I thought they dropped the SQ portion due to lack of participation. check nsplcompetition.com

The 2002 season will feature an all new Sound Quality and Installation format that will be like no other. We are working on the rules and the classes currently and will be releasing a press release on our website as of Dec 16, 2001. What I can tell you so far is that the classes will allow a competitor with a $1500.00 system to compete against their peers. And the levels of competition will reflect what we at NSPL have done within the ranks of SPL. We are all about fainess especially in having classes to reflect everybodys budget. Because the other SQ formats that are out there make it hard for the little guy, impossible in some cases to compete. The next level of SQ is coming so be ready.
