Angry 2007 Chevy Silverado OEM HELP

    2007 Chevy Silverado OEM HELP
Ok I am running a brand new MTX Shallow 10” FPR-10-2 in a under the seat box. I have a brand new MTX TD500.1D amp and new 4 gauge power and ground wire. I am using a Massive Audio hi / low converter to give the amp a signal. I hooked the remote wire to the white power antenna in the factory radio wiring harness. The power wire is at the battery. The remote wire is on the power antenna wire.
I am getting a constant pulse out of the sub when the radio in on and when it is off. I have replaced everything to see if I had received defective products. Replacing the amp same noise. Replacing the hi/low converter same noise. Changing the 2 foot ground same noise. Changing out the power wire same noise. Trying different wires that turn on with the accessory on the truck same noise. Trying a different spot to get my signal from the rear speakers same noise. It is grounded to the frame at the seatbelt. Cleaned off all paint. I tried grounding the RCA’s. O and I have changed the RCA’s. My power wires and signal wires do not cross. The pulse does not change with the rpms like alternator wine.
I think that covers everything. So what can I try to get rid of the constant pulse I am getting out of the sub.

Well I found the problem. The problem was the Massive Audio HI/Low converter. Even with trying 2 of them to make sure the converter wasn't defective it turned out to be the converter. The massive Audio hi/low converter was having a reaction to the new car. I installed one of the converters I tried out in the truck in another costumers car a 95 cavalier and it worked out just fine. I replaced the Massive Audio hi/low converter with a grom audio hi/low converter.

Faced with this severe disease, here are some everyday measures we should take to stay healthy. First, cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze. Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth. Germs spread that way. If you get sick, stay home from work or school and limit contact with others to keep from infecting them.
