    I need a little help doing my windshield alma . Should i make it out of angle iron 3 parts. ok let me back up i'll be in extreme3-4 the car is a hyundia elantra .The top is fairly straight the bottom on the other hand is more rounded . If i make it out of angle iron the frame that is or whats the best way to do it please help trying to make the finials in the nspl. PLEASE PUSH ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. Thanks for any help.PS;you got me started in this the frist time i saw the bronco i knew this is what i wanted to do.

    Hello TeamAudio.
    Your best bet is to make it out of three peaces. Do the front center peace flat and the two outside peace at an angle. That would be the easyist way. You have a small car so the window frame is going to be small so you shouldnt have any chance of flexing as long as your using a thick material.

    Hello

    You might contact Brantley Waites - WaitesAudio@aol.com - He used to sell prefab windshields. He may have a source to help you or give you more suggestions.

    Our experience in windshields is limited to one bronco. We reconstructed the entire front with steel and then used loads of bondo to blend it into the basic structure of the bronco.

    Remember that in car audio, bondo, fiberglass, wood putty, and a good sander are your friend....
