Qualifiying on the 24th

How will you determine who has to qualify on the 24th. Reason I am asking is that I am leaving early in the morning on the 24th to drive down and plan to arrive about 3pm which will give me just enough time to check into my hotel and make it to the competitor's meeting. Was curious as to wheither or not I would have to turn around and rush back to the hotel and get the car ready to compete that night.
