View Full Version : What are some CHEAP sealed batterys?
I need a single battery to run in the back of my rodeo, it must be sealed. I will have this as my aux battery in my rodeo, and will have an isloator on it, what would be the best battery for this? I dont want to spend much, I dont want to fork over enough for a yellow top if there is something else out there

There are a lot of sealed batteries out there that noone in the car audio business has heard of. Companies like Optima just take a product that is used in some other application and dress it up a little and market it to people as a speciality item.
All you need to do is..........nevermind.....I dont want to give any trade secrets away ;)
Anyway, I was just asking about the power to determine what size battery you need. Another question is why do you want an isolator?
So no.......I dont have any reason to lie about the batteries.

You may be able to find one of those smaller red-tops on ebay or somewhere. They start at like $109 at the local pep-boys I think. They look like regular red-tops but have a platform on the bottom.
