sorry if this is a repeat question...but i need to know smile.gif
my stock alt is 130a, and to upgrade to 200a for my car is 500-650$ from the quotes I've recieved from 4 major alternator manufacturers. So, now i'm wondering if my lil 130a alt along with a battery isolator can safely and soundly run 3-4 batterys...or would this be to much strain on the alternator? I've currently been running two batterys for about a year now on my alt with no isolator and no signs of weakened electrical system.
