Lanzar VIBE 1200d

[Tweaked Concept]

I will be pushing two audiobahn aw1200x's with it. I will be running it a 1 ohm. Is this amp worth the time? Tell me your experiances with it. Also if you know another amp that pushes around 1000 watts and is around 250 dollars and is a good quiality amp, let me in on some info. Thanx in advance.

You can get the JBL BP1200.1 off ebay brand new for about $275. I would say its a much more reliable amp. More power too.

actauly thats around the same price for the vibe 1200d, as far as more power i dont think so the jbl puts out the 1200 wats at 4ohm ,2ohm,and 1ohm , the lanzar 1200d is rated for 1200 @1ohm but puts out around 1425 wats this amp got great reveiws in car audio and electronics, in my opinion i would say they are near neck in neck for the price vrs power - jeff

Ebay is fine, I highly reccomend getting a JBL 1200.1 from scala1 I have bought all kinds of things from them and my friends too.

I will just say this over the summer I went through 3 lanzar 1200ds. The first want into protection the first night I ahd it a couple times then the next day Then while I had it up pretty loud it shut off and never came back. This then happened again. Then I finally got a good one it lasted a whole month! Anyway they were running a pair of autotek sx 1066 6ohm dvcs at a 1.5 ohm load. I just don't get it.

i have one and i am running it on 1ohm load with Lanzar VHC and no problems, i am doing 150.7 :eek:

this weekwnd i installed one and made a terrible mistake, replaced power and ground cable... just blown amp fuses... no problems... :eek:

I have my Boss Audio 3000D for sale right now, I have about 5-6 burps on it, and I do not drive the Tahoe unless it is to a show, so no daily driving on it either. And from what I have heard it is the SAME as the Lazar 1200D inside, I was running my AW1200X's off of it and did a 147.6dB in my Tahoe, I am asking $230 shipped for it.
