i see you closed a topic from bass mekanik, there´s no problem but here is MUSIC,PROGRAMS,ETC. MATERIAL ... just a doubt on me.

BTW, if the answer is because we were talking about sharing music... there´s no a advertising telling the opposite. If so, sorry man.

Sharing files like that is illegal...So use common sense to figure that out.

What they said. [Wink]
Here is an excerpt From the Rules, Policies, and Disclaimers you have to agree to when you sign up to the forum:

"You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this BB to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this BB."

I know no one posted any copyrighted stuff here and there are posts about “what’s the name of that song so I can download it” all the time (I hope from someplace like Buy Music or iMusic [Big Grin] ), but left alone, using the forum to “swap” music could get out of hand.

With more and more Universities, companies, and Agencies cracking down on P2P file sharing, it might not be the best thing to be discussing in the open. RIAA is hitting people with $15K - $50K+ fines, not to mention the fines they are imposing on the ISPs and / or organization the person / people connect through. Not sure if Wayne and members could get hit for posting about music & P2P file sharing, but best to play it on the safe side until we see what direction the FCC, RIAA, and other governing bodies take.

File sharing is down 15%- 20%. For an explanation as to why read this link:
