I have had a Pioneer p7500mp cd player in my car for the past few years, it used to play mp3's fine but now it doesnt play them at all even when i make mp3 cd's with Itunes. All the lights go out and come back on when I put an mp3 cd in. Anyone else have the same problems? Im thinking i ran into problems because the 7500mp was one of the first mp3 cd players, is that the reason? Also I keep getting an error, the ERROR-A0, everytime I play a cd. THe manual says turn the ignition on and off, but now i get that error everytime i play a cd, i can only listen to a cd for 30 seconds before the error pops up if im luck. ERROR-A0 means its time to buy a new cd/mp3 player doesnt it?

Is the Pioneer DEH-P80MP any good? Will I run into the same mp3 problems?

Theres probably a problem with the lazer reading the disk. If its the laser, well, theres not really a fix for it unless you can score another messed up headunit, take em both apart, swap the CD trays, and try it out. Thats the best thing I could suggest, apart from saying to buy new.

Have you tried making your cds in the way you used to when the player played them. Its possible that I-tunes is using another format or something that your player cannot read.
