i checked the fuses, wires, connections, remote wire... nothings wrong. what could it be? perhaps a new ground?
anyone know a "Good" stereo shop in the metro atlanta area????

well i just rewired everything and still nothing.. lifted the hood and unhooked the streetwire AGU 80 amp fuse and put a stringer 150 Amp ANL Fuse.. system came right on... WTF? this streetwire fuse ISN'T blown but it for damn sure isn't working in my car anymore...
so i ended up redoing everything, making the wires look cleaner and it was the fuse under the hood with the battery... o well thanks for the ideas/help fellas..

AGU fuses are notorious for looking fine when in fact the connection has some loose at one end or the other. The fuse hasn't blown as such, it's just come apart inside where you can't see it. That is why a multimeter is a very good tool to use for troubleshooting.

a dmm would have saved you a lot of trouble here....
Put the negative probe on ground and the positive probe on 12v+ and you'd say - "hey there's no voltage, I wonder why!" You'd then check the REM for voltage and would have noticed that it had 12v.
So the next step is to backtrack up the powerwire to find where it is severed or electrically disconnected.
I've seen every fuse type do this at least once...lol And occasionally a piss poor crimp of a terminal ring from Tsunami...lol
