It started about 2 days ago the display on my Jensen CD335X would just start flashing then go off all the sudden...eventually i came back on when it felt like it. I dont know what the heck to think of it now since i just got done rewiring the power cables and it still does it. I tried the reset button but that didnt help any. Plz help.

i took a look at the faceplate connectors and they are all clean and shiney so corrosion isnt the problem. i could take the cd player apart to check for loose wires and things like that but i would rather only do so as a last resort. plz...any other suggestions are greatly appreciated also.
