there is a whining noise coming from my left/rear pioneer TS-G1647 Mounting Depth: 1-5/8" Tweeter Protrusion: 3/8" Sensitivity (Efficiency): 92dB (1W/1m) Frequency Response: 35 - 22,000Hz Cutout Dimensions: 5" Impedance: 4 ohms There is also a bass blocker on it
what could be the problem it is only coming from one speaker?

Does it whine when you step on the gas...or does it whine all the time. If it whines when you step on the gas...then you need to reground.

1) relocate your ground and/or strip the paint off of the grounding point. 2)move your RCA's away from your power wire.

if unamplified---- and they just run off the stereo try puting the HU on a isolated power supply[small battery/bench supply]. does it still pop?
