try a different camera or film speed. LOL

I see that the UBB code has a http:/ in it to link it to a pic. Do I have to have a web page to pick the pic from?

Yep, you gotta have the pic accessible through the 'net. It helps to have your on page to link your own pic from, because it ain't cool to link to someone else's site and link a pic. Just make sure that you link up a small jpg or gif because the UBB will not let you determine the size of the pic like HTML.
