recently i got ahold of an old hifonics 100x2 (centurion or somethin?0..

anyway. it calls for a 30amp fuse. now the amp plays fine, and everything works, except the fuse pops after a minute or two.. any ideas on what the problem is?

Disconnect the speaker leads from the amp and see if it blows the fuse...If it does the power supply on the Hifonics has gone south...If not you have a problem with your speaker load..Impedence too low or bad voice coil on a speaker..
