Okay, I uninstalled the program, then re-installed it, and it still gives me grief. Now it comes up with a new message : Security Error 7196-9E7A-FE41. Then it tells me to call (480)517-3079. This is, of course, Wayne's voice mail, which, I have found, it is WORTHLESS to leave any messages on, because he NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER returns my phone calls. Not once. Not even an email response when I've tried to email him. So the hell with him. Can anyone else who knows this software help me, please ? It's annoying to have a piece of software that costs what Termpro does AND NOT BEING ABLE TO USE IT !! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
