i need some info from anybody who can help,i have three mtx 81000d,2 mtx 8302s,running 12 mtx 8000 subs,my question is about the batteries i'm going to run 4 optima yellow tops on a 160 amp alternator,what is the best way to wire this,if anybody could help me with this issue it would be great,if you could send a diagram i would appreciate it.

Well if this is the only alternator in the vehicle I suggest wiring them all in parallel. Just run some 1/0 awg from the alt to the main battery, then run 1/0 awg from there to your battery rack in the rear. That is what I had in my Eclipse when I was using 3 Optima's in back. Just remember to fuse after the stock battery and then, if you want to, fuse again just before the rack in back.

you will need isolator, or selinoid and big fuse
