i want to take off the rear seat of my car(the part u sit on). i know how the seat comes off, by 2 little white things that you push in and that releases the seat, i pushed as hard as i could and didnt release it. is there a tool to take these off?

I think it has loops you need to pull instaed of push. Pull the tabs and lift. Just a thought though.

theres no loops. i have the piece sitting right here because i broke it off. the only way that it would be possible to unlatch the seat would be to push. is there a tool out there to do this?

You have to get like a screw driver and pop it out, I had the same problem. It doesn't break anything. You can still lock it back in place once your done. I have takin mine off like 8 times and it still locks. Just a thought.

No, you can just put something inbetween the seat and the car and pop it out. I don't mess with the little clear(white) tab. I tried that and it didn't work. I took it to Ford and they put a wrench in between and poped it off. I asked them why they did it that way, and they said thats was the only way they knew how. Just a thought.
