Well, my former employer is looking for an installer. Do you break out in a sweat when a new Mercedes Benz C-class comes into the shop becuase "its pricey and I might break something".? Does the snap on guy not know you buy name? Do you know what every tool in your box does? Is your toolbox lighter than your car? If you middle name "slam dunk" or "deck and 4"? If you answered yes to most or all of these, this job isn't for you.

On the other hand, if you are looking for a challenge, and want to work on some high quality cars in a potentially long term environment, then this might be the job for you.

Check out the website www.lajollaaudio.com
to get an idea what kind of cars they work on. I've been by the shop when they have had two Ferrari Boxers in at the same time, 2 2001 Porsche turbos on another occasion and assorted new Porsches, Ferraris, Lamborghinis and more. The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years experience, and doesn't get scared by the prospects of wrapping vinyl, taking apart $100k+ cars, fiberglass, or staying at one job for a number of years. (One employee has over 10 years their, the installation manager has over 15, and another employeer has been their almost as long).

For all the details, you can call 858-581-6545 and ask for Scott. He can give you more of the details. Be sure to let him know you saw this online.

THIS IS THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL GET IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE ABOUT THIS JOB. I WILL BE CHECKING THIS POST OCCASIONALLY TO REFRESH, BUT WILL NOT ANSWER ANY MORE QUESTIONS BECAUSE SCOTT IS THE ONLY ONE WHO KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT HE IS LOOKING FOR.
