If nothing has changed in the car, then the deck, or any processors may be feeding back or staying on too long on the remote wire, check the remote wire with a multimeter and watch what happens when someone else turns off the car check to see if it goes to ground or how long it stays on after the car is shut off. Keep us posted.

check all your connections, a ground could be coming loose, or equipment could be malfunctioning(check the connections first before you post everything up on ebay)
