i cant get the thing to work. it "lights up" but i cant do anything. is there a reset button? anyone? im told the amp is blown, but that the unit should still work.

if it is a flipdown removable face i would
check the gold terminals on the face and the
radio. i found that on some modles there is a piece of sticky tape that shifts over the
terminals after a while. if you see this
just remove the tape and clean the terminals
if this is not the case and all functions work but there is no audio then you will need to send the unit out for service. i hope this helps.
