I'd be sending that back to Kicker as soon as possible. It sounds like there is a problem inside the amp. Does it still do that without any speakers hooked up?

I CHECKED ALL THE WIRES AND THEY WERE ALL FINE EXCEPT MY GROUND WAS CRIMPED SO I REPLACED IT.IT STILL DOES IT BUT HERE IS SOMTHING I FOUND OUT , I HAD MY WIFE STSRT MY TRUCK SO I CAN WATCH THE AMP.LIKE I SAID BEFORE WHEN I REPLACE FUSES THE PROTEC. LIGHT COMES ON AFTER SHE TURN THE CAR ON I SEEN A SPARK IN BETWEEN MY GROUND AND MY POWER WIRE!

you sure it isn't wired backwards? (it happens)
check for any little wires that might be sticking out causing the pwr to touch the gnd.
and last thing to check is, i think your caps lock key may have a short in it. i recommend replacing your keyboard now before it blows up, or you could just turn it off. =)

You may have blown an output transistor too...that would explain why your poppin fuses so quickly. Sadly, it seems like your amp is toast regardless. Id send it back to Kicker, and get it warrantied.
