1. How would I wire up 2 Punch Power DVC's into a 4 ohm mono load to my new H1100a2c when my speaker box has only one terminal on the back?

2. I have a old installer friend that wired up 4 12' XLCs to one amp in a 4 ohm mono load... but he added some kind of relays and a button that when pushed it would drop it down to a 1 ohm mono load I believe only while the button was pushed. Would that be safe to do with a 1100a2c or should I just stick with the 4 ohm load? Please email if you can help. Thanks!

Wire each woofer in series so they are 8 ohm and then parallel the two. Alternately you could add a second terminal and run the amp 2 ohm stereo.

I knew that I would have to wire them in a series configuration to bring each to eight ohms and then parallel them to get the 4ohm mono load, but with just one terminal I do not know how to wire them in parallel inside the box after doing the speakers in a series configuration. I know how to outside of it with two terminals, but didn't want to cut another terminal in it. Thanks!

Drill a small hole just bigger than the wire in the center divder for the wire to pass through and then fill it with silicone or something.

Ok man you are almost there... All you have to do is after you wire your coils in series wire the positive on one sub to the positive on the other sub and then to the positive on the terminal... The same goes for the negative side...

Would you like fries with that???

So that would be the same as how the wire that the old installer had in it... he had both the positives wired together right at the terminal and same with the negatives. I make some easy things so hard.
