I got my new CD player today, it's a Panasonic CQ-DF600. My problem is the current harness connected to my older Sony head unit is alot bigger than the one on the back of the Panasonic. I do have the harness for the Panasonic but what do I connect it to in order for it to work? It's a 95 Accord. Thanks in advance.

That all depends on whether or not you have amps, etc.
But, the easiest way should be to just swap the radio harnesses out one wire at a time, one color at a time. That is if the colors are the same, which sony and panasonic should be.
