Is this what the call silent turn on thump, I'm thinking this is a bad ground I have My CAP, my HU, and my two amps all grounded at the same spot, I used one of those Right angle screw down terminals that have the outlets on both sides made by stinger to ground everything, so is this a bad ground, it happens when I turn the system either off or on.the speakers move I have only noticed this with the mids.thanks for the help.

Check your gains again. This may simply be a problems with your gains being mismatched. Pretty common. If this is a newly surfacing problem you may have a problem in the amp that's pushing those mids such as a broken ground within the amp.

Sounds to me like a burnt trace in the amp... I'd be sending that baby in.

Hey wait, do you have passive crossovers in line?? I've seen them cause things like this, I guess the caps charge and cause it...

No I have no passive Xovers all the Xovers are in the DEX-P1r,I am beginning to think this could be a grounding issue, because I really do have a mess at the point of which they are grounded.
