I have an F-150 regular cab, I took out the rear window. I built a ported enclosure for my Xmax 15's (2). The box if I remember correctly is like 2.5 cube per side 2 ports 4" pvc x 11.25" in length. I fiber glassed the inside of the box and the outside as well and the baffle is 2 ply thick of 3/4" mdf. It sounds good and gets pretty loud but some bass freq. seem to be a bit sloppy on some sounds. I am driving them with the old pc1400 that has the same specs as the pc1800 (I have no idea why they did that). I am not sure if it sounds like that because my voltage drops so much when it is cranked or if the box was built badly or poorly designed.

What frequency did you tune the box too? If you tuned it really high, say 80 hz, then low frequencies such as 40 hz will not sound very good.

i wrote it down at home with all the numbers i think it was like 47 I am at work and I cannot remember I will bring it with me tomorrow. I figured that the resonant freq of the truck had to be somewhere around 90 hertz so I went like half that.
