Hi guys. My sister's car has problems again. Yesterday morning her car wouldn't start, battry's dead. Her low-end stereo was installed by a friend, not a pro. I had no part in it. It's got an aftermarket deck, changer, a Pyramid box and an optimus amp.

That afternoon I disconnected the power cable at the amp, and the changer just in case. We jumped it, let it run for twenty minutes, then tested it. All good. Next morning, it's dead again. My mom's over there right now, discnonnecting the power at the battery and trying to find where it's grounded.

Does anybody know what could be draining it? What to do? Please, my sister has to get to work.

What kind of car? Maybe it's a Ford Taurus and the glove compartment light is staying on. Chack if the turn on wire of the amp is connected to constant power. If it is, connect it to ignition. Problem should be solved. If not, replace the battery.

Maybe the battery is bad. Mine crapped out on me a few weeks ago. Had it tested and recharged, and all was good for about a day, then it crapped out again. Turns out the battery was bad. That was the second Everstart battery that failed on me in less than a year.
