I've just installed 2 lanzar pro 12" subs and hooked it up to a audison hv seduci amp.
I also installed a cap for the audison.
I've setup the audison at 1000 W at 2 Ohm.
Also i have a JBL amp that is handling my front and rear speakers
After installing the subs and the audison amp, once in a while i hear a strange noise from the subs when i'm playing at low volume , it sounds like a distortion but i'am not sure where it's coming from.
I can switch the subwoofer outlet on and off with my H/U (pioneer keh-8200RDS+DSP) but this didn't isolate the problem. I suppose there's a problem with the grounding but as i'm not sure i need some help with this.

ok first thing is where do u have the ground cable mounted to and is there a good amount of metal showing u probly should ground it to the frame of the car that is the best place to get a good ground spot . second i hope u didnt run the ground from the cap to the same ground cable of the amps using a distribution block that will cause noise 8 out of 10 times u need to run a seperate ground to the frame of the car or to a different spot for the cap grounding third check to see if its the subs or the highs that is making this noise and check all the grounds to make shure that they are like i had discribed above i hope this helps

Sounds like loose RCA's connection or possibly a cold solder connection in the amp .

Thanks for all the responces.

I've checked all the grounding and it's OK.
I didn't connect the groundcable via block to the cap and the amps.but connected all the amps and the cap seperately.
I've checked the RCA connector and it was connected correcly on the amp.
The distortion is only in the subs.

I've measured the volts during the disturbtion and the following happens:

Normal without distortion 14 V
With distortion dropping to 13.96V
During the dropping of the voltage it isn't staying on one voltage level.

Try use fullrange signal directly from head unit to your amp. If distortion is gone. you must check signal path and dsp.
