i have a 1992 honda civic and i had a fire in it. it was behind the steering wheel and i hooked up switches to make the all the lights work and the turn on and my cd player...well the car over heated and it shot hot water everywhere in the engine area and now for some reason the dims headlights dont work but my brights do and they are hooked to different switches...well my parking lights to one and my dims to one my brights to one i checked everything with a tester can anyone give me another idea why??

i've seen the dimmer switches in those good bad a few times.

well it burned up and i hooked it to switches i had to rewire it but the same power wire is spliced for my brights and dims and the brights works...but dims dont
