make sure your grounds not to long from the body to the amp, and that the radio ground is good and under the hood from the batt to the body

is it a rumble sound, low-frequency hum? or high pitched? Does the sound change in pitch or volume with engine speed, RPM's?

If you unplug the rca, is there any noise? If so, there is no more noise, your problem is or may be the radio. I understand that you are from over seas,, just trying to help.Try just connecting the amp in a friends car. It's either the radio, the connection(ground), or the amp, at some place, it could be the sub and the way you have it connected..Please explain a little more about what else you have and as well as some pics. From your last post, sounds like a bad amp, but......you could have wired up your subs wrong.
