ok i have 16 12' FI subs
each four subs share one sealed chamber at 2 ohms..1.25 cubes per sub..
two older kicker 1200.1's stapped @ 2 ohms..per chamber..
the subs seem to lose controle... only certin chamber.. could i have a bad amp?? they start to freak out and dont move insink with the others.. just start floppin .. i have checked the RCA voltage and out put voltage..also..
all good. could heat cause the amps to freak?? as they warm up??

could have an rca going bad, or could be one of the amps going nuts, if it was me...

I'd take the master amp off and put it as a slave amp to another amp, and put the slave amp from another as the master to the subs that are freaking out.

That way you eliminate the preamp section of the suspect amps, and I'd run new rcas, and a new jumper for the slave amp...just to make sure....

that way you eliminate everything that COULD be causing it to freak

You can swap the amps and see if the effect swap sides also, if it stays the same then you can narrow down.
