I have a cut through on my 97 Isuzu pick up,and I fitted it with 2x15" Star Sound dual 2ohm subs. The subs are rated at 6000watts each. I have a Calibra mono block that delivers 4000watts rms at 0.5 ohm.I have 3x NSB 90 batteries 12volt and 3x 2volt cells in series [ 14 volt ] load. The box I constructed is 10cubes .The bakkie does a 153dbs on my termlab, but I have burnt the aluminium coils on the subs twice. My port is 10" diameter and 10" long. The dept of the box is 35".Please help me? Is my box wrong? If so, please advise me.
