I have been trying to install any radio in a 2005 Dodge 1500 with factory amp I have tried every harness I can think of and that metra says works but they don't has anyone had trouble with this and found something that works. I have went through Midstates and they dont have clue what they are talking about. Any help would be nice. Thanks

Yes anything could be done if he wanted to pay for the labor to remove an amp and run jumper wires to all the speakers. I just doubt he will want to pay that much. Thanks

Just a question did you hook up the power wire to the factory amp? In the truck factory harness there is a amp power wire that you have to hook up to the remote turn on from the deck.
