I have a 94 toyota corolla with two hollywood digital subs and hollywood digital amp i have it wired to 1.5 ohms at 45 hertz and i keep blowing my fuse in it i have had 100 amp fuse in it and it just started blowing them like crazy!! my battery case was craked then i replaced the battery and its the same problem. some one told me that i might have blown the amp but it dosent smelled burned and nothing sparked dose anyone have any ideas?!?!? thanks

check the subs first. if they still read good on a meter, and you're sure nothing is shorting on the output side...

then you have something wrong inside the amp where it's just shorting current

no but a blown amp would. I had the same problem with my old PPI a1200. Kept blowing fuses and come to find out the power supply was bad in the amp

There's always the chance that you have a short somewhere too. Wouldn't hurt to check your power and ground wires going to your amp too.

a blown sub can immediately cause the fuses to blow. beleive it or not, ive seen it a few times lately. no problems with the amp,just a bad coil and before it even hits it first note, the fuses pop. it reads back a strange ohm with the sub connected. maybe it was just me. next guess is the power supply on the amp. very frustrating when that happens. they will usually pop in the first 15 seconds or so when its bad. depends on the level of sound it gets to. ive had a bad power supply that played fine until i got to about 1/3 volume, then it would pop.
