ok i have the code for the bypass but when i enter the code and try to watch a dvd the radio gives me a banner in the top left of the screen that says wrong region code, What is a region code? On the menu there are 6 region codes and i have tried everyone and i can't figure it out someone please help me

Some DVD players lock the user out after multiple region codes are entered. Not sure as to why they do this. Best bet would be to call Jensen and discuss it with them. May require you to send unit back for reset of region code entries. I know on some home units and DVD writers, that is exactly what you have to do. Good Luck,
