i just reconed it and its been weird at low volume it sounds great, but when i turn it up a lil more i get like a thump / distort sound i only put 800rms on it to see if mechanical its working... gains are down and boosts as well but for some reason its still making that noise any suggestions?

pull the sub from the enclosure and play music and look what is happening...

maybe you didn't do a good job soldering on one of the terminals.
