ok so im trying to wire two JL audio subs w3v2 dual 4 ohms..and i want to wire them at 2 ohms...and then wire them together in parallel again so i can buy one amp that does 600@ 1 ohm...(theyre 300 a piece)can it work like that..can i wire one conected to the other with them both wired parallel individually and then u have one at 2 ohms..wire it to the next one..and that one is also at 2 ohms but since the two subs are running parallel..the outcome input wud be 1 ohm..is this correct..if confusing im sorry..but im just trying to figure this out the best i can

ok i seemed to have found my answer..but on JL's site it says 4 DVC dual subs wired in series/prallel is dual 4:2 ohms..so what im asking is does the amp need to be 1200 watts into one channel that is rated at 2 ohms.(cus the subs are 300 rms a piece and theres four of them..) for all 4 of them or what...im confused please help
