You need to get a Digital multimeter and match the output voltage on your amps using the gain (or input sensetivity) control.Try the link below, it's a tutorial. Hope this helps.

that mite be to hard to do it myself so i was thinking if i could just adjust the gains on the line driver instead of the amps will that work

problem is that if you adjust just the line driver you'll increase or decrease the signal to the amps. get someone to play a test tone on low volume and measure the output on the speaker leads it'll make a huge difference

you want to measure ac voltage. Its really simple you just turn your system on at a medium volume and go from amp to amp and check its output, then use the gains to match the output of each amp.

Your speakers will throw different if they are loading different.
Got any pics of the box? Need to know if both subs are at equal distances from the port.
PS unhook the speakers when you are using the multimeter to set gains.
Pop test the subs too to make sure you have no open coils. Also switch the subs and see if the problem follows the subs. If so you might have a sub with spiders that are worn more than the other.
Also how are the rcas ran to the amps? A bunch of y adapters or are the rca-s ran into one amp then out that amp to the next amp etc etc?
