Well guys its a hurt feeling when you spend weeks installing and find out there is no juice to my remote wire. I have a clarion drx9575rz head unit I test for juice from the remote wire I ran to my trunk and it would come on some time and other times I get no juice I pull the head unit out and test it from the radio and I get the same problem so I now its come from the radio and not the wire. beside the radio be defective do any one know what could be wrong or maybe by chance there is something I did wrong.

Since it works sometimes and not others it sounds to me like a loose connection. I would check the plug that goes into the back of the head unit and make sure that the remote wire is in all the way and not loose. I had a problem like this with an Eclipse deck, the terminals in the plug just needed to be pushed in.
It doesn't sound like a bad head unit, because I would think if the transistor was bad it would never work.

I dont know if you fixed the problem already but another thing you might want to check is the inline fuse area on the remote line, it could be lose or have a messed up fuse.
