i'm gonna have to agree with the other guys and say you're gonna need recones. There really isnt much you can do to fix those spiders...

In reply to AZ_SS if he looks here, yes they're part of our PA system, they're midrange jbl drivers. They're quite common midrange components in big JBL systems.
