I was wondering if mixing different size subs would cause cancellation or less response (e.g a 12" and a 15")?
Thanks

Its generally not a great idea. Even if the subs are in their own proper box spec the 12" will play at a different frequancy as the 15" plus the 12" usually requires less wattage to operate over a 15". (the 15" sub is louder overall most of the time) Ive seen poeple run 3 12's all a different brand, thats also another bad idea as the subs usually have different specs to each other.
