Just afew words... Make sure you use thick enough material to prevent flex.

Use Lexan or a high grade polycarbonate not Plexi.

Building a box out of plexi is a very hard project (take it from someone who has fabricated with plastic). Building it out of plexi for the baffle is a bit easier, but if you go all plexiglass, you should really only do it on a true show car, since plexiglass ca easily scratch. Another thing, don't build it out of lexan. Lexan gets cloudy when you try to glue it to another piece of wood, can't be flame polished like plexiglass, plus its much more pricey.Juan
