Hello, I'm looking for a good sub for my future horn, the JL 10 w3 looks to have good specs, but I can't find the sensitivity for it. Does any one know? Also, suggestions for other 10's that can be ported, with high sensitivities (above 91db) would be appreciated. Power handleing is not an issue. Thanks.

JL doesn't publish sensitivity specs due to their correct view that it is a useless spec for a woofer. For my box programs I give them a moderate sensitivity similar to the RFs. For that 10 I would say in the 88-90 range.
Sensitivity really is a midrange spec though and should never have been applied to woofers in the first place!

Why does the sensitivity not matter? It makes sense that it would, since sensitivity measures how much the woofer will move with a given voltage. Thus a higher sensitivity moves easier with less voltage right?...

The only reason a person would want high sensitivity woofer would be a severe lack of power. And don't the really high sens. woofers like real big boxes?
