It is in a Astro van, first off. I have around 500 per sub and all the airspace one could ask for! I built a V type box sealed and later vented it and did just under 160 at the dash DB Drag legal @ 75hz. I still have some cab mods to complete but I am going to try a new box anyway. I think there is a way to get louder now and then more after finishing mods. Any ideas or past boxes you may have seen would help me out a bunch. I am just lookin for more ideas. I would like to do it vented also. Just got to come up with something. Thanks to all who respond!

why not try a W enclosure and port the peaks?
