OK i´m running 2 Punch DVC 12" s (2x4 Ohm)
with a Punch 800a2.
Should i wire the subs 4 Ohm mono or every sub at 2 Ohm stereo (one sub left channel,one sub right channel ) to the amp ?

The great thing about DVC is you could go either way. My self I would build a boz with two diferent sides and run it 2 ohm stereo. but if your boz is only one big enclosure then 4 ohm mono is the way you need to go.
