Lets say you have a box that is 6ft^3. you have 2 woofers, thay each need 3 ft^3. Would it matter if the woofers shared a 6ft^3 airspace or would it be better if the enclosure had a wall separating the 2 woofers and still giving them about 3 ft^3 of space. Whats the answer and why?

Actually if you are running Mono. I recomend a divider with holes as well. Because even when you do your best dividing up a box you still get uneven airspaces and that affects the performance more than the manufactuer tolerance issues.

Just how irreglar can the enclosure of a sealed-box be.? as long,as the proper ammount of air space is kept?,espcially in the depth measurements, say like a fraction or two, clearing the magnet of the sub. itself...

Air is a fuid and tack the shape of it's container. The only thing you need to have more then enough depth for is ports. I do belive it is one or two times the diamitor from the mouth of the port to the wall. Seald your OK still.

ok here is my vew on this since almost all the enclosure's i build are common chambered..more than 1 woofer per enclosure. I have built many ,many 3 woofer boxes and with no deviders all 1 chamber WHY? you ask because you dont need as much air space. The effecincy of the woofers goes up and you dont need as much power. Power handleing can be changed very easily with this style box, need to handle more power make it smaller need it to handle less power make it a little bigger..easy
I dont belive there is a 100% accurate formula to figure ot the reccomended airspace for a common chammber boxbut this is how i do it an it seems to work really good for me. youll need to figure out the required airspace for the style of woofers your using first...lets say 1,0 cubicft per woofer.
1.0 for the first woofer. .5 for the 2nd .5 or .25 for the 3rd so what you end up is a box thats 2.0-1.75 for 3 woofers instead of 3cubft for 3 woofers. This setup has worked many a time for me and i havent had any complaints the onluy thing to consider is which style of box to buil a sq box or a spl box . But this is my opinion and mine only.
p.s. JL rcommends a common chambered enclosure for their ported 3-w6 boxes
