I'm new in the world of car audio. I have an '88 F-150 which I've thrown a Blaupunkt Boston and a pair of Pioneer speakers.
I recently bought a pair of 12" JBL GT's, which I will run off of a 2 channel Profile California series amp that I'm going to bridge, so I will have both of my subs running off of 300 watts. I'm also making my own box for these subs, seeing that any pre-made box is about .8 or .9 cu. ft., and my subs call for 1.2 in a sealed enclosure. My box has about 1.2 cu. ft. for each sub.
Will this be the optimal way to run my subs. Is this the best box size, and does anyone know anything about the subs or the amp I'm using. Feedback would be appreciated.

becareful not to drop past a 4 ohm mono load of you will frie that amp...i mean you say you want to bridge that amp so you must either wire the subs in paralell or in series(series is not a good idea) and in paralell 4ohm speakers will give a load of 2ohms
