Alright, this enclosure will be for Bobby32's DD9512G.

Specs come to:

-35hz tuning
-43.125 sq inches of port

Alright, last night I didnt get out to work on this but got a nice chunk done today.

Got the kerf done..

I would have rounded over or 45'd the inside corner of the port. Other then that nice build.

Looks good. Only thing I would have done differently is fill the kerf with resin before you bend it to make it more solid, but its not a big deal! [Smile]
