quote: "Well, I visited a company with the only Klippel System that I personally know of.... and we played with the new T.S.N.S a bit the other day. We used a woofer that is intended for SPL or daily use.... which uses a coil that is 4.25" in diameter and a wire height of 81mm/ former at 177.8mm...."even" hung into gap. Our new spider is 281mm in diameter, consisting of 5 rolls and 3 years of development. Top Plate is Top Secret.
Results were 51.3mm of one way x-max with closely watching the BL and distortion levels..... while also watching change in parameters around the electrical force of suspension....
So yes, the 2010 TSNS will throw 51.3mm forward safely.... 2.02" Forward and 4.04" Peak to peak..... safely in the gap.
I rate the X-Mech at 60.3mm one way..... this is basically where the former end might crash into the top of the T-Pole..... it has plenty of room backwards....So mechanically it will throw 4.75" Peak to Peak.
With a taller inefficient coil for street pounding, it will go much farther.
We will post all documents and photos in our advertising and website soon.
It's good to be T.S.N.S."

Not the boogie monster. Also by todays Xmax standards, even hung = 0 xmax.
"at 60.3mm one way..... this is basically where the former end might crash into the top of the T-Pole" Ok great this is with the 81mm winding width. He says he can put a bigger coil to travel farther? Uh no. Do the math.
Quit the BS!

i think he just meant a longer former so it doesn't come past the gap and smash itself flat on the pole and/or topplate

Ed what you saying? The Greeks have Boogie Monsters or 2010 T.S.N.S driver? If its a myth how do they have them? No one has been able to buy these drivers. How can they be legal for World Finals, Cut off was August 2nd? So I guess they will be DQ'd then?

What nobody understands is that there is no Boogie Monster. We are calling the 2010 woofer something different. But what was supposed to be the Boogie Monster is really just the regular 2009 TSNS which had been around since February (in very limited supply)
There wasnt too many parts to make the woofers this year so only a handful went out. But One of the vehicles in Greece has 2) 18s that I personally helped build back before SBN in March.
And because of the lack of parts. The other Greek Car is running 1) 18" in SS-NW, but still gunning for a world Record.

T3 Audio really does make the best subwoofers, we just want to let the world know it.

Thank You for calling us out. Nice to be woken up from time to time.
The Woofer is the TSNS Machine. I nick-named it Boogie Monster because nobody believed it exsists. .... but it always shows up to destroy the competition from time to time. ( Ha ha...A joke)
It seems like T3 has fallen off the earth? Or fallen off of the forums?
There is a difference.... and the one which has taken place is due to drama like this. I haven't been on termpro in 6 months it seems.
I have not built a NEW TSNS/Machine/ Boogie Monster in almost 1 year. Mostly due to the demand being low, the needs of MY company to grow and survive in a tough market, and a complete redesign that launches in Late November. The fact is that the market we have been in expects everything handed to them for free..... well.... now that those freebies have paid their dues and moved on to green pastures..... we have entered a MANY new markets...and now there is a demand to actually run this like a business and not a hobby.
The overseas guys are running woofers that are hand me downs from other world champions since 2006.... yep....kicking world butt with old subs.... the no wall guy is running woofers that have won 3 world championships!! haha
The new stuff is finally coming, and aside from the basket, is completely brand new.
Enjoy all.

The basket is going to be completely retooled in Spring time..... So hopefully by Next Summer it will be 100% all T3. We are soon going to be retooling some current toolings and paying for exclusive toolings for 8,10,12,15,18 and 21" high excursion cast aluminum baskets.
I am sorry for delays, If this has put you into a serious delimma, please feel free to call me personally with details about this and I will personally make sure that we take care of your needs when the new REAL TSNS is available in November. Our number is 678-450-4678 and I am Johnathan. I own the company and will make sure you are taken care of. If you do not reach me, leave a message.... or you can email me at jdemuth@t3audio.com as well.
Thank You,
JD
