will it effect the output or the subs if the bottom half of the back wall is angled and then goes flat at the top? its goin into the back of a car so its to the angle of the back of the seat

it could effect, the bottom sub if you are creating a lot of pressure

and with to much back pressure u can crack and destory sub cones. if u are running like 4 subs then the loading will casue problems on buttom 2 subs and then depends how u have them ran on 1 amp 2 or 4 will mess with imp rise also

i'm planning to run 4 15s, 1k rms each, just ment as a daily/bassrace build, planning to run 2 amps

with that little power, you should have to worry about the back pressure destroying the subs as much. but it's typically the bottom sub furthest from the port that suffers to much. playing below tuning may be harder on the subs closest to the port

ok... i was planning to tune mid to low 30s, center port and push the top subs as far out as possible, and try to line the bottom ones up with the top. its just a daily pounder/bassrace build. i'm hoping to get the build started this weekend... would it be ok go to smaller the 20 cubes for this? or should i just aim for as big as possible for now.

I did the exact same thing in my ss3-4 in 2002/2003 and i went from 162.5 down to 156. but i also changed the whole box size and port from 18cubes and 360 sqin port to 26 cubes and 660sqin port. i never went back to an angle back wall in superstreet again
