What are some of the 4in coil woofers out there? Price range? Thinking about a couple 18's for a future setup.

anything with 4hp motor...TSNS, SS XXX, LMS ultra and I think ground zero has one aswell.

Atomic APXX come in a 4inch coil.

Kicker solo X 18 is also 4 inch coil

the new DD 91Z series have a four inch coil too but their expensive.
